Hatamoto PHP Library & Framework

An agile PHP library and framework for rapid prototyping of applications. Some unique features of the Hatamoto framework are:

• Very low file size and footprint
• Rapid and flexible CRUD application development
• Easily pluggable with other application frameworks and libraries
• Quick form generation and helper functions

The Hatamoto framework is no longer actively developed but in maintenance mode. However it is currently used in various production projects.

Wind Energy Development Project, China

The Wind Energy Development Project in China incorporates two sites with 2 different themes: a Wiki and a E-Learning platform. Both the projects are multi-lingual and available in both English and Chinese.

The Wiki was powered by the popular MediaWiki project, the same system that powers Wikipedia. It was customized for the project with a unique skin and a few popular extensions such as Rich Text Editor, a Video plugin, page edit workflow manager, multi-lingual content manager and more.

The E-Learning platform was based on Moodle and heavily customized with existing JavaScript functionalities that needed to be operational within the Moodle environment. The site content is based on Wind with Miller which is provided by Danish Wind Industry Associations. The content has been translated in Chinese and also available in English. The E-Learning site was also offered as an 'offline' downloadable CD version.

EU Framework Contract Portal

A web portal that manages RFCs (Request for Comments) for the EU Framework. Various partners are members of this portal. These partners can view the available RFCs and can submit EOIs (Expression of Interest). If partners express interest on a particular EOI they can subsequently upload CVs of designated experts for a particular position outlined in the RFC. These CVs can be later downloaded by the portal administration panel.

The system allows the administrator of the web portal to receive EOIs and CVs from partners. These CVs can later be evaluated by participating partners. The CV evaluation mechanism through partners makes it a participatory and transparent process for evaluation CVS. The portal administration panel can later easily identify evaluated CVs of experts suitable for open positions. The system also provides other administrative tasks that can be easily managed via the control panel.

E-Reference System

The E-Reference System manages work references and portfolio of projects. It's an extensive system that manages various information primarily for development projects. The system has been built also to simplify the tender participation and EOI process. The system only allows access to internal registered company staff.

Administrators upload various project and reference information carried out by the company. Authenticated staff can login and search for projects that match various patterns for a given tender or EOI. These projects can be saved and downloaded in Microsoft document format in various available templates as required by the given tender project. For example proposal formats for World Bank, European Union and more.
